25 years 3E - A really good reason for celebration

CEO Gerhard Ebert took the opportunity to look back at the milestones of the past years - from a simple window program to today's fully integrated ERP-solution supporting the processes of a modern window company - emphasizing that 3E has always employed the latest IT-technologies. Thus it was possible to achieve a technologically leading position at a very early stage. In 2016, the 3E staff moved into the new office building, a further important milestone in the history of 3E.

Thanks to customers, partners and employees

Gerhard Ebert thanked the company's customers who, over the years, called for more and thus promoted 3E. He thanked the partners from the supplying, tool and machine industries with whom many win-win-win-situations were generated for the customers.

Special thanks were addressed to the 3E staff. Without their ideas, their passion, their loyalty, their commitment and their diligence, 3E would not have been as succesful as it is today.

Gerhard Ebert introduced his successors - 3E will remain in family hands

The new 3E building gives an idea of what the future shall look like. Not only technological and strategic developments will characterize 3E's future, but also a change in the company's line of succession. Gerhard Ebert announced with great pleasure that the next 3E management generation will soon be launched with Moritz and Marlene Ebert and that the company will thus remain in family hands. Moritz and Marlene Ebert as well as Gerhard Ebert's wife Christine introduced themselves to the 250 guests. There is no doubt that Moritz and Marlene will pursue the path of the past years, i. e. to work successfully for the best of the sector committing themselves incessantly to development and the latest technologies.

3E continues on success course

3E is well prepared for facing future challenges such as digital transformation and Industry 4.0. Enthusiastic employees who want to shape tomorrow's industry are always welcome. 3E offers qualified trainings for management assistants in IT-systems and dual degree courses in informatics and commercial informatics in collaboration with the DHBW-Heidenheim.

Event with many highlights

The evening was characterized by a cheerful atmosphere. Besides the speeches, which were not all about stories of success, but also enlightened some rather tricky situations, there were many other highlights contributing to a pleasant atmosphere. The 3E staff presented a video clip in which they recalled the past 25 years in a humorous way. Barack Obama and Angela Merkel thus joined the celebration as keynote speakers. After the Mexican wave-photo session in the stands, the artistic department of the HSB delighted the guests with a sophisticated acrobatic show. And, last but not least, the verve and repertoire of the rock band Schmerzlos entertained the guests on the dance floor until the early hours of the morning.
