With the aim of ensuring end-to-end digitization in 3E-LOOK and to meet the high demands with regard to interconnectedness and integration, 3E has been co-operating with technology partners from all areas of the sector for many years.

Co-operation with machine manufacturers

The co-operation with machine manufacturers ranks among the first ones. It has been possible to implement sophisticated machine control systems over the years, to supply a detailed parts list as a basis for feeding machining centers in a machine-specific manner, and to develop control systems which make production processes transparent and controllable. A considerable degree of automation and digitization has been achieved. Today, 3E co-operates with all leading machine manufacturers in the wooden window and PVC sector.

Co-operation with hardware manufacturers

The co-operation with hardware manufacturers also dates back to the time of the first co-operations. It has led to considerable simplifications in data entry. Co-operations exist with Geze, GU, Hautau, Maco, Roto, Siegenia and Winkhaus.

Digitized processes in materials procurement

OpenTRANS and the GlasOnline interface are the standards for data exchange with manufacturers and wholesalers in Materials procurement. Both standards constitute the basis for paperless purchasing with the electronic exchange of documents.

Integration of browser-based product configurators

Thanks to the cooperation with Gutmann, the ordering of aluminum prefix shells could be integrated into 3E-LOOK. Further online configurators can be accessed within the ERP solution. 3E co-operates with Adeco, Alukon, DPI türdesign, Obuk, Rodenberg, Polytec, Roma, Stemeseder and Warema.

Master data from system suppliers

3E also closely co-operates with leading system providers. Some partners already have direct access to the partner servers for online master data maintenance which 3E maintains.

Interfaces

Further proof of the quality and performance of 3E-LOOK are its official interfaces to IT solutions such as ELO ECM (information and document management) or Logikal by Orgadata.
