3E awarded Best Supplier Award
Joint optimization project at the Braun company led to more efficiency
Some time ago, the Rolladen Braun company in Weiding, 3E-customer for many years, recognized the need for reorganizing its processes: operational costs were too high, terms too imprecise, processes too inefficient and the employed software was not optimally used.
They asked 3E for advice and to present some features of its software in detail. 3E demonstrated that the operational organization could be improved by making better use of the software. An optimization project was thus initiated aiming at increasing efficiency in order processing.
In 2018, 3E was then invited to attend Braun's Best Supplier Award ceremony and won the first price!
The Braun story shows that an optimization project can help increase efficiency and improve results, without additional software investments.
